8月11日に東京で「壁画をみんなで描いてがんをともに塗り替えよう!!」"Paint Over Cancer Together!!" がありました。これは東京のアートマイルメンバーが主催したイベントです。

主催者加藤マイクさんのコメント：

I like to think of ways to get people involved in doing things. Whether it is a sports or other activity or the making of something, when people accomplish something that they didn't think possible or were unaware of their potential, they begin to see things and themselves differently. In this case, the artwork will be displayed in at least a few places and take on a life of its own. Each of us who played a role in making it will see ourselves in the Forum and other events every time it gets displayed. Then, even those who are unable to participate physically then and there will be present at those events, adding color and hope in each future situation. To me, this is a very important part of the meaning of LiveSTRONG!
